Okay, I feel like I am making some progress finally. I was at 194 this morning, and I've been losing about a pound per day so far, maybe a little bit more. I know I won't be able to keep up this pace forever, but my stomach has definately shrunk and I am feeling to good.
I have probably been eating less than 200 cals per day the last week, so that is really empowering, and I have been exercising a lot, but not doing any treatments at work so I need to get back into that routine.
I was hoping to get to 180 by Christmas, but that is such a stretch, I would have to lose 14 pounds in the next 10 days, but I am feeling good, so who knows.
Oh, I almost forgot the BEST news, I finally got put on ritalin, but only 10 mg or something like that to start out with. I hope this helps with the weight loss, but more importantly I hope I can finally get organized and get my shit together.
I have been eating a can of soup (100-140 cals per can) and it is totally filling me up, but I am thinking about adding an orange in the morning (a SMALL one) just to wake my metabolism up in the morning. I also started drinkning coffee and that has really helped curb my appetite and give me a burst of energy before going to the gym.
